Payment Policy

Overview

-Check-in & Check-out Time is 12:00 noon or as per Hotel Policies (early check-in is subject to availability).

- In Case of Mentioned Hotel is unavailable, we will provide the same category of Hotel.

- The company is not responsible for missing sightseeing, destinations due to political strikes or road block, Monuments, parks, rides etc Can be closed without prior notice. Lock My Trips is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour

- Meals Timings must be followed as per instructions given by the hotels.

- No refund will be made if you do not use any services provided by us in the Inclusions.

- Extra Bed Means Extra Mattress.

- For the heater, you can pay directly to the hotel.

- Lock My Trips reserves the right to terminate, cancel or modify any offer without any prior intimation.

-EP means Accommodation only,

-CP – Accommodation with Breakfast,

-MAPI – Accommodation with Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner (anyone),

-AP – Accommodation with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

- Verbal Commitment made by any of our executives is not valid.

- The cost of each package has been calculated on the basis of fixed inclusions.

In the scenario of customisation required, the cost shall be incurred based on value additions

In case of bad weather, flight cancellation, or a change of flight schedule of flights, the company will not be responsible for any refund.

-Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee or represent that such a tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination or thoughts about such a tour.

- All activities are subject to weather conditions

- Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions

- Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restrictions. However,  Lock My Trips will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of the ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy -

-The itinerary flow is subject to change without any Prior Notification.

- Payment should me made as strictly per the payment policy or on the instalment date if the client fails to do so company is not responsible for the given hotel or vehicle as we need to transfer the same to them

- If the client is not happy with the instalment date in a special case, he/she can request to the Travel Consultant can extend the date of the instalment (Subject to approval)

- The initial amount of is for the blocking of the package we will confirm the hotel and vehicle only when we get the full 30% of the initial package

- Without receiving 30% amount, we could not upload or give the vouchers(Domestic)

- Without receiving 50% amount, we could not upload or give the vouchers(International)

- Flight tickets are subject to availability. In case the tickets are not available for the quoted amount then other alternative dates will be recommended.

- If there is a Gala dinner in your hotel (on Christmas, New Year or any other important day) then it is mandatory and chargeable from the hotelier direct

- 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets; If flight fare has increased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly

- Please remember that all special requests like early check-In, late check-out, smoking room, non-smoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior

- Customers can not change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and assented by the travel agent

- Lock My Trips is not liable for the care of personal items of travellers during the trip

- Any loss or damage of any valuable items like mobile, tablet, gold, etc. is purely the customer's responsibility

- In case of non-compliance of payment terms,  Lock My Trips reserves the right to cancel the booking

- Any amendments/additions to the package like dates, inclusions, itinerary, will be done at an extra cost to the customer

- Changes made to the package will be made as per the cancellation policy of the original package and the customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this

- In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons,  Lock My Trips will try its best to reimburse the traveller an appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, Lock My Trips are not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.

- Star Categorisation of hotels are categorized on the basis of location, services, facility and costing and not as per star categorization i.e 1*2*3* and so on used in the Metro cities - NGT (National Green Tribunal) Rules & Regulations. National Green Tribunal has implemented few restrictions & instructions for every traveller

- Some Hotels may ask For Security Deposit thats deposit have to be made By Client Only.

a) In season time, most of the places have heavy traffic issue so it might be client has missed some sightseeing and for missing sightseeing, Lock My Trips is not responsible.

b) AC vehicles will not work in any hill stations.

c) All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.

d)  Lock My Trips is not responsible for machinery disturbance i.e. mechanical disturbance in volvo or in cab, tyre puncture or any other mechanical issue during the trip.

e) Vehicle has been charged for the fixed inclusions. If client used vehicle apart from the itinerary or by any chance the day has been extend guest has to bear the cost of the extra services or extra time (Guest dropping time is before 10 PM)

-If the client fails to pay the instalment on time booking will be released automatically from the system and later on, the guest just needs to pay Rebooking charges for the same.

-If the guest/client is making the payment, that means he/she automatically accept the T & C.

 

Payment Policy

Domestic Packages

  • 30%First instalment at booking 
  • 20%Second instalment after 7 days of vouchers
  • 50%Final payment online or during travel

*If travel date is within 15 days, full advance required

International Packages

  • 100%Flight + 30% land package 
  • 30%After 7 days of the first instalment
  • 40%One month before travel date

*If the travel date is within 15 days, full Payment required

?? Important: Advance Amount is Non-Refundable

Package cancellation in case of nonpayment of the due instalment, the refund will be processed after deducting only.

 

Postponement & Amendment Policy

Once the payment is made for the services, if clients want to make any amendments/modifications in the services, the client needs to bear certain charges for the same, and all rights have been reserved by Lock My Trips.
